The PTRA Board of Directors meets regularly on the second Wednesday of each month, 7:00 PM, Pike Township Government Center, 5665 Lafayette Road. Meetings are open to the public. Only board members may vote on issues that come before the association at the monthly meetings. Members may vote to elect the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting held each year (March). The Board of Directors votes officers into office. All Board members and Officers of PTRA are volunteers.
