Change is coming to Pike Township. Starting August 1st, Karen Lightbourne will no longer be the Mayor’s Neighborhood Liaison for the area. In an effort to better serve all residents of Indianapolis, the Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Services has redrawn the MNL Districts and made some reassignments. This will allow for more efficiency in providing customer service and grassroots outreach. In addition, it will also allow for better stewardship of your tax dollars. My new assignment will be to serve as the Mayor’s Neighborhood Liaison for Warren Township. The previous liaison retired several months ago.

The new MNL for the Pike Township/Outer Northwest District will be Noelle Malatestinic. She has been a MNL for over five years (on the northeast side) and brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the position.
